Diana Larsen

is the original co-author of the book Liftoff: Start and Sustain Agile Teams and is a keynote speaker, advisor, and pragmatic visionary.

Neal Taylor

has co-founded startups, coached teams, and scaled agile in enterprises. He is a qualified teacher, certified Agile Coach, and Liftoff facilitator.

FAQs

Why is a Liftoff so important right now?

How your team starts determines how your team will continue. The start is a crucial element to the success of your team and project. We believe that many of the dysfunctions that 70% of teams display can be traced back to the start and the way the team was set up.

Do I need to read the book beforehand?

Familiarity with the book is welcomed but not necessary.

I’ve just signed up for the workshop, what’s next?

You’ll receive an invitation from us with some preparation guidance. You’ll also receive an invite to the MS Teams. You will need to have a good internet connection, up-to-date browser and up-to-date MS Teams.

How can a Liftoff help me from losing my job to AI?

One of the most complex aspects of work is the human interaction. In fact, a team is considered to be a complex adaptive system. AI has no skin in the game. AI can not facilitate tough conversations between a team and leadership. AI won’t get taken seriously if it tries to ask a tough question or mediate friction, and it can be easily turned off. You can facilitate these conversations, and this workshop will show you how to be taken seriously by the team and leadership.
