What do teams actually want AI to do?

The readiness gap is already here!

The starting point for our research.

According to a study by Notion, 60% of leaders believe their team is ready for AI.

Only 30% of teams feel the same. The business case is clear: leaders want high producivity. But does that convince teams?

Most teams right now still experience AI as bolt on — not as a change to how the organisation actually works. In fact, our own experience shows that capacity is one of the main blockers to implementing AI beyond assistance. So what is the promise that convince team members to refacotr their ways of working?

This research (399 problem statements across 13 sectors) shows what teams are actually struggling with and, most importantly for leaders and decision makers: the outcomes they care about most.

If you want adoption to stick, align with the outcomes your people want to see.
